Our venue internship program is meant to be a 360 experience in event space sales and management. The Cordelle, SAINT ELLE and Estelle are located just 2 miles from Broadway and Music City Center and offer three different locations, size and aesthetic. SAINT ELLE is a high-end, large scale event space that runs a full service beverage/bar program and opened in 2020. The CORDELLE is a, award-winning boutique venue operating since 2014 and offers the largest private garden in Downtown Nashville. Our smallest and most intimate venue, Estelle, is located in East Nashville in one of the oldest homes in the Neighborhood. This location offers rentals, catering and beverage all "in-house". Our brands have been voted as some of the most respected in the city and we look forward to sharing what we feel creates that celebrated reputation in hospitality. The intern position will work across all venues, including training and education regarding: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Beverage Service, Client & Vendor Management.
Sales: Venue Tours, Scheduling, Client communications, Contracts & Event Platform Training
Logistics: Booked Client communications regarding all event details, Vendor Communications, Scheduling (in house venue managers, facilities, maintenance), Supplies, Technical Visits and Venue Education
Site Manager: In house venue manager for all events (***This does NOT include event planning***). Site managers oversee vendor & event staff from load-in to load-out for all
