We Southerners take our BBQ pretty seriously and here at Martin’s you can see that for yourself as we tend to whole hogs that are smoked daily for over 20 hours. West Tennessee’s legendary whole-hog bar-b-que tradition is the cornerstone of our menu, but it’s also just the start of it. Guests travel near and far for our brisket, smoked turkey, smoked wings and even our crispy breaded catfish and fresh-ground burgers. We believe in the importance of good technique and doing things “the right way” and this applies to everything we serve from our whole hog bar-b-que to our made from scratch sides.
