As a Reservationist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating campground reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle campground reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Confirm and process campground reservations accurately.
- Provide information to customers regarding campground amenities and local attractions.
- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth campground operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Nashville and surrounding areas preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as camping adventures happen year-round.
