POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist will handle many of the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Club’s Training Facility. To be successful the candidate must be outgoing, detail-orientated, able to multi-task and quick on his/her feet. As one of the first people visitors and guests meet at the facility, this individual must always embody the Club’s culture and core values. This position will report to the Director of Facility Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and screen all phone calls coming into the main phone line and problem solve as the situation warrants.
  • Manage access of all visitors and guests.  
  • Perform the following administrative tasks:
    • Manage/order office supplies and equipment; and
    • Open and distribute mail;
  • Maintain the pantry and related products.
  • Order and distribute office supplies. 
  • Perform other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High level of interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail orientated and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for soccer and the community.
  • Prior experience with a sports organization is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm (approx. 20 hours/week).
