Job Seekers Invited to Attend Hospitality Industry Job Fair on April 4 at Nissan Stadium

Jobs available at Area Hotels, Restaurants, Attractions, Venues and more.

NASHVILLE – Job seekers are invited to attend a job fair on Tuesday, April 4 at Nissan Stadium as the hospitality industry continues to be a key employer in the Nashville area with a wide variety of positions. The job fair will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hiring event is free and open to the public, and parking in Lot H is free.

The hospitality industry job fair is hosted by the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp in partnership with the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association. There are 48 employers from the hospitality industry who are registered to participate – and more are expected. Positions are available at area hotels, restaurants, venues, attractions, transportation, security companies and more. Some companies will be hiring on the spot. Additional details about the job fair and an up-to-date list of employers are at visitmusiccity.com/jobfair.

“Jobs in hospitality are among the most flexible and entrepreneurial of any industry,” said Kevin Lavender, chairman of the board of directors of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp and Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking at Fifth Third Bank. “The hospitality industry is Nashville’s second-largest employer with a variety of opportunities in addition to hotels and restaurants. The industry is key to our region’s economic success, so keeping the labor force strong is important to everyone.”

The hospitality industry continues to grow, generating record visitation and visitor spending. Nashville has 273 hotels, with an additional 2,544 rooms under construction. Restaurants continue to open, as well. Sixty-six new restaurants opened in 2022, with 765 restaurant and bars opening since 2015 .

The job fair is a key piece of the hospitality industry’s workforce initiative called Hospitality Works. The initiative includes a jobs board at visitmusiccity.com/hospitalityworks, where employers can post jobs and job candidates can submit profiles.

Community partners for the job fair include Nissan Stadium and NewsChannel5.
