The “Take Me Back” themed offerings transport guests beyond Nashville all summer long (and by summer we mean starting now until Mother Nature says otherwise) to destinations that recall summers past – or dreams of summers past.
First stop on the “Take Me Back” road trip – Hollywood Hills. Virgin Hotels Nashville’s rooftop is the perfect spot for those with a little imagination to enjoy classic California sunsets at The Pool Clubs’ Sunset Row Happy Hour featured Monday to Thursday from 5PM to 8PM. Start off with the Laguna Beach Babe, a house-made rosé sangria served with glitter and a flower garnish or maybe the Little Surfer Girl made with mezcal, Gentian Amaro and Blanc Sweet Vermouth. One thing is for sure, the music, craft cocktails and baja bites combined with the sun setting over Music Row will transport guests to that L.A. state of mind.
Weekends, travel further afield to South America and the Caribbean with TPC’s Jungle Boogie Brunch. Friday through Sundays from 11AM to 4PM, enjoy vibrant jungle decor and an island-inspired brunch menu, along with funky live music for the feeling of a Latin-flavored weekend getaway. Drift away with a Kokomo Colada of rum, pineapple, coconut and lime in hand for the ultimate escape.
Nothing is more old school than a good old fashioned New England clam or lobster bake – and Friday and Saturday night from 5PM to 9PM, Dinner at Dusk at The Pool Club recreates the mood of those halcyon summer days with a fresh seafood menu and oceanside decor. Live music will set the weekend mood until 9:30PM when DJs start spinning the hottest tunes from home and abroad, transporting guests to Ibiza’s ocean air night clubs at TPC’s Wanderlust nightlife experience.
Once settled down from all the adventures, spend some time in the sun. Relax in complimentary poolside loungers or upgrade with an oversized daybed and even a private cabana for up to ten guests. For the best views of Nashville, enjoy Richard’s Retreat, a private sun deck steps away from the pool. This space holds only 20 guests and includes water, towels, fruit and other VIP amenities.
For early hotel or day pass risers, indulge in a spectacular sunrise floating breakfast.
