The 404 Kitchen to Launch Seasonal Pairing Dinner Series

The ‘Fall Flavors Wine Dinner’ will feature a 4-course fall-inspired menu with French wine pairings from AP Wine Imports.

NASHVILLE, TN (September 13, 2022) – The 404 Kitchen will host a ‘Fall Flavors Wine Dinner” on Thursday, October 6th at 6:30 PM. This 4-course French wine dinner will mark the first of several seasonal pairing dinners and will feature select pours from AP Wine Imports.

Each dinner in the ongoing series will feature an exclusive, coursed menu curated by Chef/Partner Matt Bolus and Executive Chef Cassie Raithel specifically for the occasion, and will feature a unique wine or spirit pairing that is expertly selected to best enhance the intimate dining experience. Each iteration of the series is slated to take place quarterly, and additional details for forthcoming dinners are to be announced.

The ‘Fall Flavors Wine Dinner’ will celebrate rustic fall flavors with dishes like Brie Shrimp & Grits and Boar Bourguignon. The elevated menu will be a collaboration between the culinary team from The 404 Kitchen and Adam Friedberg from AP Wine Imports, who will be in attendance to help guide the dinner. Friedberg holds a certification in Enology from the University of Dijon, as well as a Master’s degree in medieval history. His interest in wine, especially French wines, was passed down through generations of family, including his grandfather was knighted in France in the 1970s for his tremendous work importing French wine.

The dinner will begin in the restaurant’s private dining room promptly at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $115 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and only a limited number of tickets are available.
