Nashville Restaurant Week Begins Next Monday

Support Nashville’s Independent Restaurants January 20-26.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Nashvillians can look forward to a week of delicious menus and great deals as Nashville Restaurant Week starts next Monday, Jan. 20 and continues through Sunday, Jan. 26.

Put on by Nashville Originals, the city’s association of independent restaurants, Nashville Restaurant week is a beloved winter tradition that places the spotlight on local, independent restaurants and encourages participants to branch out and explore Nashville’s culinary scene.

Nashville Originals’ member restaurants are located in both Davidson and Williamson Counties and range from fine dining establishments to burger joints,  quaint cafes to delicatessens and more. 

Germantown Cafe, a Nashville staple, will feature a two-course menu for $20.20. Diners will be able to select an entree and either a salad to start the meal or dessert to conclude it. Entree options include a New York strip with grilled corn, asparagus, tomato salad, roasted red potatoes, onion, and a blackberry balsamic reduction; pan-seared swordfish with succotash, roasted fingerling potatoes, and pomegranate country ham jus; Pasta Milano with fettuccine, basil garlic butter, cherry tomato, spinach, crushed almonds, and feta, in addition to several other dishes.

Wedgewood-Houston’s Smokin’ Thighs is offering guests the perfect opportunity for date night or a business lunch with two dinners and two desserts for a total of $20.20. Applewood smoked chicken tacos are accompanied by a choice of two sides, and decadent dessert options include Jack Daniel’s-infused chocolate cake and bananas foster cake.

The Yellow Porch, located in Berry Hill, will have two tiers of entree options, $29.20 and $39.20. Entrees are accompanied by either an appetizer or dessert, which include options like the restaurant’s signature celery bleu cheese soup, lamb meatballs, sharp cheddar fritters, carrot cake, strawberry cheesecake and more. Sweet tea-brined pork chops, herb-crusted salmon, paella and herb-marinated skillet chicken round out entrees in the lower price point. Filet mignon and a daily fresh catch, along with Dijon and herb-crusted rack of lamb, are included in the higher price point.
