“In a year full of uncertainty, we’re thankful to see Nashville’s holiday tradition remain in the same timeframe that it’s been since its inception,” Scott Ramsey, President/CEO of the TransPerfect Music City Bowl, said. “While this year’s game will be different in many ways, we look forward to showcasing our city, and our new title sponsor TransPerfect, to millions of college football fans across the country.”

Every year during Bowl Season, millions tune into the TransPerfect Music City Bowl. The matchup is scheduled to be announced on Sunday, Dec. 20.

This year, the bowl also welcomes TransPerfect as its new title sponsor. Phil Shawe, TransPerfect President and CEO, said he looks forward to the Dec. 30 game at Nissan Stadium.

“Safety is our top priority. That being said, TransPerfect could not be more excited to have a planned date for the Music City Bowl. We are deeply appreciative of the MCB team, the people of Nashville, the student-athletes, and the fans. This year has been a difficult one—but we look forward to a successful TransPerfect Music City Bowl helping all of us to close the chapter on 2020 and kick off 2021 with a renewed sense of optimism.”

Established in 1998, the TransPerfect Music City Bowl has transformed the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day into one of the city’s busiest times of the year for tourism and has become Nashville’s holiday tradition. Since its inception, the Bowl has produced more than $350 million in direct economic impact to Nashville.
