WALDO’S CHICKEN & BEER BRINGS FAST CASUAL CONCEPT TO GERMANTOWN

13th and will feature bone-in fried chicken, fried chicken sandwiches, tender and wing baskets, a full bar and large patio

May 7th, 2019 – Fresh Hospitality will introduce Waldo’s Chicken & Beer to Germantown’s vibrant culinary community this Spring. Opening on May 13th, Waldo’s take on comfort food will keep things simple and familiar with a menu focused on Southern fried and fire-roasted chicken presented in classic and creative ways. Waldo’s aims to bring an approachable, laid-back vibe to the popular Germantown Market development (Vui’s Kitchen, I Love Juice Bar, NoBaked, Cosmic Creamery) and takes advantage of the 50-seat covered patio with a large bar menu featuring local and regional craft beers.

“Waldo’s is going to be the best spot in the neighborhood when you want something quick and affordable, but don’t want to sacrifice quality or experience.” Kyle Pilcher, Managing Partner for Fresh Hospitality, said. “It’s a place for everyone: families, sports fans, beer lovers, those in a hurry, or friends who just want a comfortable spot to hang.”

The Waldo’s team is looking forward to welcoming fans of local teams including Nashville SC and the Nashville Sounds with team swag, fun giveaways, and player appearances. 10 TVs scattered throughout the space will give those looking to root on their favorite team a great spot to watch, eat, and drink.

“Our approach is a simple one: we don’t take ourselves too seriously and want to have fun with our brand and restaurant, but we maintain the highest standards for our food and service. The whole menu is made from scratch daily using tried-and-true Southern recipes with touches of Waldo’s flair.” Pilcher said.

Waldo’s Chicken & Beer will be open from 11am to 9pm Sunday-Wednesday and 11am-11pm Thursday-Saturday.
