Dabble Studio to Host Community Art Activity at the NAMI Davidson Walk, 5K, and Village

Dabble Studio, a recreational painting and cooking studio in downtown Nashville’s Germantown area, is hosting a community art activity at the 7thAnnual NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Davidson Walk, 5K, and Village. NAMI Davidson’s annual fundraising walk will be held on Saturday, April 13that Shelby Park in East Nashville, 6:30 am – 11:00 am.

At Dabble Studio’s table at the NAMI Davidson Walk, participants will be able to stop by and paint an inspirational 8x10 painting to be donated to NAMI to display in their offices and at events throughout the year. Participants will have their choice of several inspirational designs, or can create their own unique painting. All painting supplies will be provided.

NAMI Davidson County is a local non-profit organization and serves as the direct provider of NAMI services in the Greater Nashville Area. Free monthly support groups, caregiver education classes, community outreach and policy advocacy are among the services that improve the lives of people living with severe and persistent mental health issues and their families and communities.
