Frothy Monkey to open its sixth location in East Nashville

Frothy Monkey to open its sixth location in the Lockeland Springs Neighborhood of East Nashville.

November 7, 2019 — The Post East will be closing its doors at 1701 Fatherland St in East Nashville at the end of this month, and the plan is for Frothy Monkey to open a full Frothy location (breakfast through dinner with coffee and full bar) in the space after a brief closure. “We have been patiently waiting for the right East Nashville opportunity to open a Frothy Monkey since we outgrew our BAKERY on Fatherland Street in 2018,” said Frothy Monkey co-owner Ryan Pruitt. “We are excited to be a part of the East Nashville neighborhood again.”

Husband and wife team, Tonya Lewis and Chris Cowley opened The Post East in 2014 as a place that fit the feel and culture of the neighborhood. “The spirit of community that The Post brings to Lockeland Springs is what Frothy brings to all the neighborhoods where they are located,” said The Post East proprietor Tonya Lewis. “There is a personal touch and quality in service that local businesses provide that major chains can’t replicate.”

More details will be released as they become available.
