The delicatessen was created as an addition to the overall Union Teller brand and experience of Fairlane Hotel.

Union Teller Delicatessen‘s menu highlights include: Creme Brulee French Toast, Pastrami Sandwich, and Biscuits and Gravy. New additions will also feature sourdough bread and salted bagels. From the donuts and pastries to bread and bagels, all baked goods are made daily in-house, led by Head Baker Andy Manchester and Chef Chuck Laster.
