The delicatessen was created as an addition to the overall Union Teller brand and experience of Fairlane Hotel.
A one-stop-shop for Nashville’s business lunch crowd or world-traveling guest, Union Teller offers a quick coffee and pastry from the coffee counter, a quality sandwich to-go from the delicatessen, or a seat at the bar for post-work cocktails. Union Teller Delicatessen‘s menu highlights include: Creme Brulee French Toast, Pastrami Sandwich, and Biscuits and Gravy. New additions will also feature sourdough bread and salted bagels. From the donuts and pastries to bread and bagels, all baked goods are made daily in-house, led by Head Baker Andy Manchester and Chef Chuck Laster.
