Tour operators can schedule a Music City Welcome for groups arriving in downtown Nashville. Designated Nashville experts from the exceptional Visitor Services team will meet a bus upon arrival at the Visitor Information Center located in the Bridgestone Arena tower. Your guests are invited to relax inside the comfortable music-themed Visitor Center, take a restroom break or collect information pertaining to their interests. Nashville experts will provide groups with valuable information and ideas on how to spend their time downtown. Attraction tickets are available for purchase and groups are encouraged to take advantage of current special offers at a multitude of downtown venues including restaurants, shops and music venues. 

Looking for a way to get your groups started making memories and collecting keepsakes of their Nashville experience?  The Visitor Center shares space with one of Nashville’s best local stores in  town – the Music City Shop. Your guests will be immersed in a variety of music-themed, locally made and unique gift items for their shopping pleasure. As an added thanks for starting your journey here, our Nashville team will present your visitors with a small memento from the store to keep.  I 

Is your group ready for the spotlight in Nashville? A music stage doubles as a photo opportunity complete with instruments and a Nashville backdrop that invites visitors to take their place on the stage for a photo souvenir. Yes! Musical guests do play on this stage throughout the year so photos could occasionally include live music as a bonus.
