By visiting our Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

If the Site requires you to register for a log-in account, including NCVC’s Backstage member portal, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password and any other login credentials. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify NCVC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. NCVC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of a third party’s using your account, whether with or without your knowledge. You may be liable for losses incurred by NCVC or another party due to a third party’s use of your account. You may not use another person’s account at any time without the permission of the applicable account holder.

 


Intellectual Property Rights

NCVC trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, trade dress, and other indicia of source (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of NCVC and/or our licensors. Nothing contained in the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the advance written permission of NCVC or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site. No Trademarks may be used as a domain name without prior written permission.

NCVC and/or our third-party licensors solely and exclusively own or license all copyrights in the text, images, photographs, headers, button icons, graphics, user interfaces, scripts, and works of authorship (whether or not copyrightable) provided on the Site (collectively, the “Content”), and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of such Content, to the fullest extent provided under the United States Copyright Act of 1976 and all international copyright laws, each as may be amended from time to time.
