New Titans Stadium

NEW STADIUM

Home of the Tennessee Titans, the new Nissan Stadium will debut in time to kick off the 2027 NFL season, officially opening February 2027. The state-of-the-art stadium with a translucent roof will seat 60,000 and will feature excellent sight lines and sound systems, exterior terraces with panoramic city views, luxury suites, breakout spaces for gatherings of any size, and a 12,000-square-foot center suitable for educational events.

Gaylord Opryland

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center continues to elevate its offerings for groups through a series of significant enhancements. Following the completion of a multi-year renovation that refreshed guestrooms, meeting spaces, and public areas throughout the resort, Gaylord Opryland has announced a $131 million expansion scheduled for completion in spring 2027. The project will add approximately 108,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 31,000-square-foot ballroom, additional breakout rooms, and pre-function space, further strengthening Nashville’s ability to accommodate meetings and conventions of all sizes.

Nashville International Airport

Nashville International Airport® (BNA) is investing in the future of travel to Music City through its transformative New Horizon program. Building on the airport’s recent terminal expansions, parking improvements, and enhanced passenger amenities, the $3 billion initiative will deliver additional gates, terminal facilities, and infrastructure improvements through a phased development plan scheduled for completion in 2029. 

Combined with investments made since 2017, BNA’s total development program will reach $4.5 billion, ensuring the airport can meet growing passenger demand while providing an enhanced travel experience for visitors.

The Pinnacle at Nashville Yards

Nashville Yards

Nashville Yards continues to expand its mix of hospitality, entertainment, dining, and retail offerings in the heart of downtown Nashville. Home to The Pinnacle, the 4,500-capacity live entertainment venue, the district also features more than 365,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Nashville Yards has recently welcomed new concepts, including restaurants Earls Kitchen + Bar, Ocean Prime, and The Wine Bar, as well as retailers Gigi Pip and Two Roads Hat Co., alongside a new 12-screen luxury cinema from Hooky Entertainment, further enhancing the district’s appeal for visitors and event attendees.

Mixed-use Developments

Nashville’s newest mixed-use developments are creating highly walkable destinations across the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, blending dining, shopping, entertainment, and hospitality.

Downtown Arcade
Downtown’s historic Arcade continues to buzz with activity. New restaurants and retailers, including Buddy's Tiny Tonk, Bar Roze, The Ugly Bagel Company, and Urban Cowboy Bar, join longtime Nashville favorites The Peanut Shop and Varallo’s, both in business for more than a century.

Paseo South Gulch
Paseo South Gulch combines retail, dining, and hospitality in one lively destination. Highlights include Carter Vintage Guitars and restaurants such as Maiz de la Vida, Two Hands, Barista Parlor, The Patterson House, and the acclaimed chef’s table experience, The Catbird Seat. It will also be home to Pendry Nashville Hotel and Residences, a 180-room luxury hotel expected to open in 2027.

Wedgewood Village
Located in Nashville’s creative Wedgewood Houston neighborhood, Wedgewood Village blends art, fashion, culinary experiences, and entertainment. Anchored by Soho House Nashville, the development continues to grow with additions including the luxury design brand Hermès, the renowned Parisian bistro Pastis, along with The Truth, a new live music venue currently under construction and opening in 2026.

Ashwood 12 South
Ashwood 12 South adds a modern edge to one of Nashville’s most popular shopping and dining districts. National retailers are complemented by restaurants including Yellow Rose, LaLa Land Kind Cafe, Sushi San, and SunLife Organics.

ENTERTAINMENT

Music City loves to keep the party going with new offerings to fit any vibe. Downtown continues to add to the musical mix with hitmakers. Most recently opened, Kane Brown’s on Broadway features four levels with a main floor anchored by a full-scale stage for an outstanding night of live music.  Category 10 from Luke Combs, Goodnight Nashville by Jelly Roll, JBJ’s Nashville from rocker Jon Bon Jovi, and Bell Bottoms Up by Lainey Wilson showcase each artist’s unique style and culinary taste.

Just off Music Row, Old Dominion worked with Good Time Design on Odie’s, a bar and eatery featuring live music spotlighting Nashville’s singer/songwriter community. Skinny Dennis, the first offshoot of the famed Brooklyn honky-tonk, features live music on Gallatin Pike in East Nashville.

Famed honky-tonk Robert’s Western World plans to enlarge the second floor, add another stage, and increase capacity.

Get moving at Sensa Padel, the city’s first padel club (similar to pickleball), with indoor and outdoor courts at Neuhoff District in Germantown. And for the golfers, Tiger Woods’ golf and dining concept, PopStroke, which features 3 full indoor/outdoor courses, recently opened in Antioch

HOTELS

Nashville features a full range of accommodations, from family-friendly chains to upscale hotels. Notable openings include The Printing House in downtown Nashville, and Caption by Hyatt, Canopy by Hilton, and Homewood Suites in The Gulch. Tempo by Hilton and The Chloe Nashville also opened in Midtown in early 2026.

Another 16,000+ rooms are in various stages of planning and construction. The high-profile project Pendry Nashville Hotel & Residences is slated to open in 2027. Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel will add another 245 rooms in 2027, along with the Moxy Nashville Downtown Capitol District with 185 rooms. The Nashville Downtown Edition is expected to open in 2029, and Autograph Collection Downtown Nashville is scheduled to open the same year with 789 rooms. Plans are also underway for The St. Regis Nashville, which will include 179 five-star hotel rooms and 182 residences across 46 floors. Equinox, a 245-key five-star hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton are also on the way.

In addition to the options at mixed-use and entertainment developments, the city continues to welcome a long list of new entrants to the dining scene.

Recent additions include Philippe Chow, Junior, Alligator Bar, Bacco, Sho Pizza Bar, and more. The Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood is now home to Aba, Pastis, Middleman, Momotaro, and Moto Moda. In Germantown, check out Italian-inspired Indaco or head to Close Company or Charmers for a nightcap. Enjoy cocktails and shop at Yellow Rose or indulge in the popular sushi and soft serve at Sushi San in 12 South. In Sylvan Park, check out the latest opening, a luxe tavern called Lion’s Share. In East Nashville, try the new outdoor hangout Lost and Found, which features the popular Pizza Lola, Chivanda, and The Pepper Pott.

The Gulch neighborhood is also brimming with new restaurants, including Cledis Burgers & Beer, celebrity-favorite Craig’s, and Chef José Andrés’ new concepts Bar Mar, Zaytinya, and Butterfly at the W Nashville.
