Gold Circle Party guests will enjoy a prime viewing area of the outdoor main stage, as well as heated indoor accommodations secluded from the crowds. This private event is hosted at the Nashville Farmers' Market, where guests can enjoy an elevated experience.
Nashville Farmers' Market
The Nashville Farmers' Market, founded in the early 1800s, is located in the urban core of downtown Nashville, adjacent to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Mall State Park. The year-round Market provides retail space to farmers, artisans, and small businesses, and the facility features two covered open-air sheds, a 27,000-square-foot garden center, a culinary incubation center, and a retail and food hall that includes more than 30 restaurants and shops.

Where is the Gold Circle Party and how do I get there?
Nashville Farmers' Market
900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd
The public event site opens at 5:30pm, and the Gold Circle Party opens at 6pm. The party entrance for Gold Circle is located on the West Side of the Farmers’ Market, just off Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Follow the branded Gold Circle Party directional signs off Rosa L. Parks Blvd and look for the floating air balloon lighting the way to the party entrance.
What time does Gold Circle Party open?
Doors open at 6pm for the Gold Circle Party. Be sure to have your AON Confirmation and Photo ID ready at Check-In.
What am I allowed to bring?
The House Rules exist for everyone's safety, comfort, and convenience.
Permitted Items:
- Clear bags no larger than 12" x12" x6"
- Non-transparent Wallets & Cases no larger than 4.5" x6.5"
- Personal cameras

Where does ride share drop-off/pick-up?
The Taxi and Ride Share Drop-Off/Pick-Up is located on Rosa L. Parks Blvd., near the entrance to the Nashville Farmers' Market. You can use the directional map for assistance.
How to receive your Gold Circle Party Credentials?
Gold Circle Party Credentials will be provided at Check-In when doors open at 6:00pm. The person’s name on the reservation is the only one permitted to pick up credentials. A valid photo ID and AON Confirmation are required during Check-In. Credentials include a Gold Circle Party wristband and VIP Lanyard. The wristband is required to be worn at all times during the party and will be needed for re-entry.
How do I receive my drink tickets?
Guests will receive (3) three drink tickets per person upon check-in at the Gold Circle Party to be used for alcoholic beverages. Bars will be available for additional purchases. There will also be complimentary non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the party area.
What to wear?
This event is a come-as-you-please party environment. Guests can come dressed up or party casual – so whatever feels most comfortable to ring in the New Year!
Check the weather forecast before traveling. This party is indoor/outdoor, so dress to enjoy both areas. A coat-check is provided throughout the evening.

The party will go on – rain or shine – so come prepared! Only extreme lightning or dangerous weather would impact the show schedule.
Will there be official New Year’s Eve merch available?
A private NYE merchandise table will be available inside the Gold Circle Party for guests to purchase official NYE merchandise. Guests will receive 10% off their order with their Gold Circle credentials. The merchandise table will be cashless; only cards and digital payments will be accepted. The merchandise table will be open from 6– 9pm or while supplies last. Guests can also check out the merchandise trucks inside the public event site.
Is there a place to charge my phone?
Inside the Market House, there will be complimentary phone charging stations.
Will there be a champagne toast?
Yes! Complimentary champagne toast will begin at 11:30pm inside the Market House main bar and at the outdoor bar next to the Stage Viewing Area. Stop by to pick up a glass to toast to the new year!
Can I leave and come back?
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please. All guests must wear the Gold Circle Party wristband, provided at check-in, to gain re-entry.
