10 Fall Music Events

May-October, 2026
This free, family-friendly concert series is held annually on select Sundays from May through October at Riverfront Park. Enjoy live performances by some of the area's best local, regional, and national acts. There is a great variety of delicious food trucks, vendors, a kids' fun play zone, surprise guest appearances, giveaways, and more. Just bring your lawn chair or favorite blanket (no tents), then enjoy the ambiance, sunset, and sounds with area residents, tourists, and music aficionados alike.

Weekends | May-October, 2026
Listen to free live jazz and bluegrass bands while enjoying delicious food from Simply Living Life. You won’t find a better place to relax and enjoy some music than Jazz on the Hillside at Arrington Vineyards & Winery. There are no reservations required – just come out to have fun! With beautiful vineyard views and tasty food, you’ll be glad you came.

August 14 & September 25, 2026
Experience one of Nashville's most beloved music traditions at the Full Moon Pickin' Party. Held under the stars at the Percy Warner Park Equestrian Center, the family-friendly event features performances by three headlining acts, alongside bluegrass and roots musicians who gather for impromptu jam sessions throughout the grounds. Proceeds from the event support the preservation and protection of Warner Parks, making every ticket a contribution to a great cause.

August 28-September 25, 2026
Musicians Corner returns to Centennial Park this fall with a free outdoor concert series celebrating Nashville's vibrant music community. Held on Friday evenings in September, the family-friendly event showcases local artists in one of the city's most iconic settings. Along with live music, attendees can enjoy food trucks, local artisans, and Kidsville activities for all ages.

Each year, Opry Country Classics brings the timeless sounds of country music back to the Grand Ole Opry House. Sing along to the songs you know and love while celebrating the artists and traditions that made the Opry an American music icon.

Fridays | September 11-October 16, 2026
East Nashville Beer Works and Friends of Shelby Park & Bottoms are bringing back their popular fall pop-up beer garden series. On Fridays in September and October, enjoy local beer, food trucks, live music, yard games, and more in the scenic setting of Shelby Park. Admission is free, with food and beverages available for purchase, making it the perfect way to spend a fall afternoon outdoors.

September 15-19, 2026
Each year, the Americana Music Association brings thousands of artists, fans, and industry professionals from around the world to Nashville for the Americana Music Festival and Conference. The event features hundreds of live performances at venues throughout downtown Nashville, showcasing established artists, emerging talent, and the diverse sounds that define Americana music.

September 19 & October 17, 2026
Every fall, The Bluebird Cafe takes its renowned songwriter rounds to one of Nashville's highest hilltops for Bluebird on the Mountain. Set against the scenic backdrop of Dyer Observatory, the outdoor concert series features hit songwriters performing the stories and songs behind some of music's most memorable hits. After the show, guests can explore the observatory and view the night sky through its historic telescope.

Travellers Rest Historic House Museum will host its annual Live at TR: Songwriter Night, a family-friendly evening on the museum's historic grounds. Gather under the stars as some of Nashville's most talented songwriters share the stories behind the songs that have shaped country and Christian music.
