Saap Saap x Fancypants BBQ Collab Dinner

BBQ is back at Fancypants!! Round two brings Saap Saap to East Nashville for a one-night-only smoked meat collaboration.

For the second installment of our BBQ pop-up series, we're teaming up with Saap Saap for a one-night-only collaboration in East Nashville.

After kicking off the series with Redheaded Stranger, we're now teaming up with Saap Saap—a Laotian BBQ pop-up bringing their own take on smoked meat, big flavors, and good times to the Fancypants backyard.

Expect a special "meat & three" style menu built by both teams, plenty of smoke, and the kind of food you'll be talking about long after the last bite.

We'll also be pouring a selection of rare allocated bourbons to pair with the feast, making this a night built for barbecue lovers, bourbon fans, and anyone looking for a great meal with great company. Come hungry, bring your friends, and join us for an evening of smoke, bold flavors, and a little East Nashville magic.

Reservations available until 8, but walk-ins will be accepted until we sell out!
