Redemption Time: A Film by David Gonzalez

A film weaving together music, poetry, and storytelling traces the journeys of formerly incarcerated artists Jimmy Santiago Baca and Christian Howes, showing how creativity carried them through their hardest chapters. After the screening, you can stay for a solo concert by Christian Howes, community dialogue, and a shared meal. The evening invites reflection on how the arts transform and heal, offered as part of GEC's Literary Reading Series.
