Iroquois Steeplechase

Nashville's Rite of Spring returns to Percy Warner Park on Saturday, May 8, 2027, for the 86th anniversary of the Iroquois Steeplechase. One of the premier events on the National Steeplechase Association circuit, Race Day brings together world-class steeplechase racing, fashion, tailgating, live music, hospitality, and philanthropy.

Since 1941, generations of Nashvillians have gathered on the second Saturday in May for this annual tradition. Proceeds support Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and other nonprofit organizations important to the community and the sport of steeplechasing.
