Iconix Sunset Yoga

A free 50-minute yoga session led by Iconix instructor Valentina Carrero takes place at the Ascension Saint Thomas Landing in Nashville Yards. Bring your own mat, water, and towel, and take advantage of four hours of complimentary parking at the West Garage. Space is limited, so arriving early gives you the best chance to claim your spot.
