David Ian

David Ian brings his piano trio to Nashville for an evening of standards drawn largely from the Great American Songbook. The Toronto-born guitarist-turned-pianist spent two decades touring with Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning artists before channeling his jazz roots into a series of Vince Guaraldi-inspired albums that earned him Wall Street Journal praise as "a postmodern Vince Guaraldi." He's joined by Blake Branch on upright bass and Sean McDonald on drums.
