On the first floor behind The Optimist, Star Rover Sound is throwing it back to the great American steakhouse. Just like the 1970s West Texas steakhouses that Chef/Owner Ford Fry so fondly remembers, guests will be reintroduced to an era when steak dinners weren’t just for special occasions but were an everyday luxury.
