OLALA Café is a family-owned, authentic French Café located in the SoBro/Gulch area of Downtown Nashville. Founded by Provençal pastry Chef Mathis Combaluzier, it brings a genuine slice of the South of France to Tennessee.

The space is beautifully designed, utilizing authentic antique French furnishings and art shipped directly across the sea

Chef Mathis is graduated from the globally acclaimed École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie Alain Ducasse in France.
He refined his precise pastry craft in some of the world's most elite establishments, including the legendary boutique Pierre Hermé in Paris, the luxury Mandarin Oriental, and the high-end restaurant MILA in Miami Beach
