The menu brings unconventional elegance to Nashville's culinary scene with a Japanese-influenced, ever-changing menu featuring seafood and local, seasonal ingredients, and the noteworthy chewy and soft shaved iced. Locust was awarded a MICHELIN Star at the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Ceremony and was previously named to North America's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, Food & Wine's 2024 Best Restaurants in the U.S., USA Today's 2024 Restaurants of the Year. Chef Trevor Moran was also named a 2024 & 2023 James Beard Awards Semifinalist for Best Chef Southeast.
