Designated Nashville experts from the exceptional Visitor Services team will meet your group at a specified time in the Visitor Information Center in the Bridgestone Arena tower. Your group is invited to relax inside the comfortable music-themed Visitor Center, take a restroom break, or collect information about their interests. Attraction tickets are available for purchase, and groups are encouraged to take advantage of current special offers at a multitude of downtown venues, including restaurants, shops, and music venues.

The Visitor Center shares space with one of Nashville’s best local stores in town – the Music City Shop. Upon arrival at the Visitor Information Center, our designated Nashville experts will meet your coach at our entrance for a warm welcome to Music City.
