The new Platinum Ambassador hospitality education program is a member benefit that will provide a comprehensive curriculum about Music City and our Music City brand.
The hospitality education program is easier to use, includes networking opportunities, and offers content that is more cohesive. Participants will complete the program in two months.
The curriculum will be presented largely online through a series of videos. Classes begin with a virtual call the first week of each month. The date, time, and link will be communicated with you after registering.
The virtual platform will allow for convenient and more efficient viewing for your staff. A training leader from the NCVC will kick off each training cohort by introducing participants to each other. Over the next 60 days, the trainer will lead Q-and-A sessions and discussions about the online curriculum. Plus, each cohort will have opportunities to network.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of recognition and the option to pick up a Music City megaphone lapel pin.
