Nashville’s Two Largest Meeting Venues

Nashville knows a thing or two about crafting a hit production. With the city's two outstanding convention centers offering options for an urban or resort setting, Nashville will set the stage for your meeting to be a success.

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center exudes luxury with lush greenery, glass-enclosed atrium spaces, relaxing spa experiences, onsite restaurants, live entertainment, and thrilling water features. Flexible meeting spaces of all sizes, both indoor and outdoor, are designed to accommodate a wide range of events.

Opryland is set to undergo a $224 million expansion, including interior and exterior upgrades, with completion expected by 2027. These enhancements will establish the property as the largest non-gaming hotel in the U.S. by exhibit and meeting space, attracting newer and larger meeting groups to Music City.

With many family-friendly activities and amenities, it's easy to combine business and leisure for the best of both worlds. The SoundWaves water experience offers relaxation and recreation options to elevate your stay. The adjacent area includes the famed Grand Ole Opry, shopping at Opry Mills, entertainment cruises aboard the General Jackson Showboat, and the Gaylord Springs Golf Links, as well as lodging, dining, and entertainment throughout Music Valley.

Music City Center

Just a block off Broadway, the Music City Center serves as the hub for urban meetings. Downtown's connected campus puts dining, entertainment, attractions, and accommodations within walking distance for attendees.

Additionally, the city center features numerous venues ideal for off-site functions, including Ascend Amphitheater, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, National Museum of African American Music, historic Ryman Auditorium, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Located just steps from the Music City Center, Lower Broadway features live music at new celebrity establishments such as Jon Bon Jovi's, Luke Combs' Category 10, and Eric Church's Chief's, to name a few. Nearby, The Listening Room Cafe, one of the nation's most renowned songwriter listening rooms, offers a uniquely Nashville entertainment experience.

And the list of options continues to expand as AEG Presents offers the newest premier destination for private events: The Pinnacle, a state-of-the-art 4,500-capacity venue in Nashville Yards. The Nashville Arcade, a historic treasure that opened in 1902 as the city's first shopping center, reopens in 2025, welcoming over 30 unique restaurant, bar, and retail concepts to the heart of downtown Music City. Coming in 2027, the enclosed new Nissan Stadium will sit across the river in the East Bank Development.
