Wyatt Flores Joins Lineup of Inaugural Justice Jam, Oct. 27 at Nashville’s Cannery Hall
Rising country star added to star-studded benefit concert hosted by Tennessee Innocence Project and Washington Innocence Project in support of the wrongfully convicted.
NASHVILLE, TN – Wyatt Flores, the rapidly rising country star from Stillwater, Oklahoma, has joined the lineup of the inaugural Justice Jam, October 27 at Nashville’s Cannery Hall.
The benefit concert is co-headlined by Pearl Jam lead guitarist Mike McCready and multiplatinum country star Dierks Bentley and hosted by the Tennessee Innocence Project in partnership with the Washington Innocence Project. Through powerful live performances, stories of restored hope, and a commitment to social justice, the concert will benefit the shared work to free innocent people and prevent wrongful convictions.
One of country music’s “most conspicuous new voices,” according to Billboard, Flores is currently touring in support of his acclaimed sophomore album, Scared of Heights, which came out in July, produced by Charlie Handsome (Post Malone and Morgan Wallen), Jacob “JKash” Hindlin (Dua Lipa), and Gian Stone. The highly anticipated album finds Flores adding influences from early 2000s pop and rock to the authentic, raw, country songwriting that has defined his rise. He received the Rising Star award from the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in April, and has a current hit radio duet with Carter Faith, “Nothin’ Better to Do.”
Other artists previously announced include: gospel group The McCrary Sisters; Canadian country favorite Terri Clark; veteran guitarist Bobby Messano; rising country artist Angie K; and soulful singer-songwriter Jaid Joice; with additional special guests to be announced.
The inaugural Justice Jam will take place on Tuesday, October 27 at Cannery Hall, 1 Cannery Row. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert runs 7:30-9:30 p.m. CT.
General admission tickets are $134 (including fees), on sale now through CanneryHall.com and AXS.com. Limited ticket add-ons, including VIP packages, are also available to purchase directly at http://www.biddingforgood.com/justicejam. Full event details are available at JusticeJam.com.
