Kane Brown's On Broadway Celebrates Successful Launch Following Packed Opening Weeks and Star-studded CMA Fest
Thousands of guests, surprise performances, and celebrity visitors helped establish the venue as a premier destination for live music and nightlife.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — After welcoming thousands of guests during its opening weeks and drawing a steady lineup for celebrity appearances, live performances and CMA Fest celebrations, Kane Brown's on Broadway has quickly established itself as one of Nashville's most talked-about new nightlife and entertainment destinations.
Since opening on Memorial Day weekend, the four-level venue at 312 Broadway has welcomed thousands of guests and hosted exclusive VIP events and surprise performances. It has also become a gathering place for artists, industry leaders and fans during one of Nashville's busiest entertainment periods, including CMA Fest week.
Opening celebrations began with an exclusive VIP event attended by Kane and Katelyn Brown, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Jason and Brittany Aldean and other notable guests from the worlds of sports and entertainment.
In recognition of Memorial Day, the opening also included a charitable partnership with Folds of Honor, which provides educational scholarships for the families of fallen and disabled military service members and first responders.
Momentum continued throughout CMA Fest week, when Kane Brown's on Broadway partnered with SixOneFive Agency for a kickoff party to host a lineup of performances from featured artists, including previous contestants from “The Voice” and “American Idol.” The venue also partnered with local Nashville designer Daniel Diamond for a pop-up throughout the festival, featuring exclusive new arrivals and surprise appearances from designers Daniel Musto and Lani Lupton. CMA weekend was punctuated by a surprise performance by Kane Brown on Saturday evening, June 6, including a high-energy rendition of his multi-platinum single "Miles on It" that filled the venue with the booming sound of the crowd singing along.
Throughout its first weeks of operation, Kane Brown's on Broadway attracted an impressive list of celebrity guests, including The Kid LAROI, Snooki, Waka Flocka Flame, Roscoe Dash and Matt Rife, with notable performances by Country Nights, Josh Ross and many more. The steady stream of high-profile visitors reinforced the venue’s status as a must-visit destination for both entertainment industry figures and Broadway visitors alike.
“Kane Brown's on Broadway has exceeded every expectation during its first weeks of operation,” said Zaid Elia, founder and CEO of Elia Group. “The response from both Nashville residents and visitors has been incredible, and the energy we experienced throughout opening weekend and CMA Fest confirmed that we've created something truly special.”
A defining feature of the venue is the Dusk Rooftop, a high-energy space with refined decor, sweeping skyline views and an unmatched Broadway atmosphere. "Sun Up at Dusk" brunch launched on Saturday, June 20, kicking off with a set from Bravo celebrity DJ James Kennedy. The skyline view brunch, hosted every Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offers signature cocktails, bottle service and elevated brunch favorites like Waffle Tower, Breakfast Smash Burgers, Avocado Toast and more. The rooftop’s counterpart, the third-floor Dusk Lounge, is set to open later this summer. The lounge will be accented with rich walnut paneling, platinum records, curated portraits and layered lighting, creating a luxe setting built for bottle service, private parties and late-night experiences.
Visitors looking to enhance their Kane Brown's on Broadway experience can also join the Peacock Club at Elia Group, a new membership program offering exclusive rewards, invitations to secret dinners and celebrity tie-in events; a dedicated reservations line for last-minute seating; and annual dining credits across participating venues. The rewards program is connected to Elia Group’s Asian-inspired fusion cuisine restaurant, ZuZu, which means that Nashvillians can also build loyalty there and at future Elia venues. ABOUT KANE BROWN:
Named “the future of country music” by Billboard, multi-platinum-selling, award-winning singer/songwriter Kane Brown “didn’t fit the country music mold. So he made his own” (The New York Times). Kicking off 2026 strong, Brown just released his song “Woman,” which follows the success of his widely acclaimed 2025 record, The High Road. Listen to the song HERE.
Brown first broke onto the scene with the arrival of his self-titled, 2x platinum debut album in 2016, when he became the first artist ever to lead all five of Billboard’s main country charts simultaneously, topped the Billboard Top Country Albums chart for more than 13 weeks and earned two of the most-streamed country songs of all time (the chart-topping Diamond-certified singles “Heaven” and “What Ifs”). His album Experiment (2018) hit #1 on the Billboard Top 200 all-genre list, making Brown the first country artist in more than 24 years to top the chart with a sophomore album. He then released his multi-song project Mixtape Vol. 1, which earned an ACM Award nomination for Album of the Year and an ACM win for Video of the Year (2021).
Expanding beyond music, Brown has stepped into film and television, guest-starring on 9-1-1: Nashville and serving as executive producer on Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch. He is also the founder of Verse 2 Music, a publishing venture in partnership with Sony Music Publishing, further solidifying his growing influence across the industry. And in spring 2026, Brown opened his new Nashville bar, Kane Brown's on Broadway, marking his latest entrepreneurial venture and expansion in Music City.
Named to Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World list (2021), Kane Brown has ascended from independently built social media phenomenon to an ACM Entertainer of the Year nominee (2023 & 2024) and one of country music’s most accomplished mainstays and global entertainers.
With 13 chart-topping No. 1 singles on country radio and internationally sold-out tours and stadium dates, Brown continues to earn a series of distinctions that broaden the perception of country music and break musical boundaries, from being the first Black artist in history to headline and sell out Boston’s historic Fenway Park (2023) to winning multiple ACM, Billboard, AMA, CMT and People’s Choice Award nominations, including his most recent win by the People’s Choice Country Awards with a Country Champion Award.
Brown has also been recognized for his ongoing work with The Boys & Girls Club, including the Champion of Youth Award and the Country Radio Seminar Humanitarian Award.
