NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Hattori Nori, inspired by Japanese ateliers, where precision meets elegance, celebrated its grand opening and ribbon-cutting with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. Located inside the iconic L&L Market in West Nashville, local chef and founder Art Stacks has officially launched Music City's first dedicated handroll bar.
Stacks founded Hattori Nori after his successes with Ricey & Co. and residency at Skye Lounge at the Sheraton downtown. It's an intimate, casual spot built around a simple idea: serving chef-driven handrolls one at a time, made completely from scratch and handed directly to you the second they're rolled, so the seaweed stays perfectly crisp. While dining, guests are close to Chef Art, the team and the craft of each handroll being prepared, which makes the experience feel personal and immediate.

- Tuesday and Wednesday: 5-9 p.m.
- Thursday through Sunday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Monday: Closed
