Brown’s Diner Revamps Menu

The Nashville staple is keeping its classics from 1927, while adding new favorites to the lunch, dinner, and beverage menu.

NASHVILLE, TN – Brown's Diner, Nashville’s oldest diner and dive bar, announced today the launch of a new lunch, dinner, and beverage menu. Items that have made Brown’s Diner a Nashville favorite since 1927, like the Brown’s Burger, will remain, with the new menu offering more variety for diners.

“When I bought Brown’s in 2021, it was important to me to keep the charm and character that so many people know and love,” said Chef and Owner Bret Tuck. “A lot of the menu has stayed the same, but I have been working with the team to add some creativity, plus things we all love. This menu revamp blends the old and new era of Brown’s, and we’re excited for you all to try it out.”

The new beverage menu brings a lineup of hand-spun milkshakes, fresh-squeezed lemonades, cocktails, and boozy creations to Brown’s. Milkshake options include the Tuck’s Frothy Monkey Mocha Shake, Peach Cobbler Shake, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Shake, Nutella Bananas Foster Shake, Banana Puddin’ Shake, and Maple Bacon Shake, with guests also able to build their own shake or make any shake boozy with vodka or rum. Fresh lemonades include strawberry, raspberry, mango, classic lemonade, limeade, and Arnold Palmer, while the cocktail menu features Brown’s takes on classics, margaritas, sparkling cocktails, and hard lemonades. Highlights include the Day of the Dead Margarita with Arette Fuerte 101 and a mezcal float, The Brown Out-a-rita, Sparkling Paloma, French 75, and the Punchy Peach Lemonade made with vodka, peach syrup, fresh lemonade, and a natural caffeine energy boost.
