A Decade at the Table: etc. Celebrates 10 Years in Green Hills
Returning menu favorites, anniversary specials and a neighborhood scavenger hunt honor a decade of dining at Chef Deb Paquette’s restaurant etc.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — This August, award-winning Chef Deb Paquette is celebrating a milestone 10 years in the making with a month-long anniversary honoring her concept etc.’s roots, the neighborhood that has embraced it and the guests who have gathered around its tables since the very beginning. Since opening its doors in 2016, etc. has become a beloved Green Hills neighborhood destination known for Paquette’s globally inspired cuisine, inventive flavors and warm hospitality. Throughout the month, etc. will bring back favorite dishes from its original menu, alongside limited-time anniversary specials and a neighborhood scavenger hunt celebrating fellow local businesses.
“When we started looking back at our original menus, it brought back a lot of memories. Those dishes tell the story of who we were when we opened, and they’re still a great reflection of how we love to cook today, pulling inspiration from different places, layering unexpected flavors and creating dishes that surprise people in the best way,” said Deb Paquette, chef and owner at etc. “As we celebrate a decade of etc., it felt right for us to bring those dishes back for the guests who have been with us from the beginning, along with a whole new group discovering them for the first time.”
To mark the occasion, guests are invited to revisit the flavors that helped define etc.’s opening year with a special anniversary tasting menu available for $65 per person during dinner service throughout August. The curated tasting experience will feature a selection of early menu favorites, including the Vietnamese Nuóc Châm Short Rib, Roasted Beet Salad, Big Night Pie and Housemade Birthday Cake Ice Cream. etc.’s returning dishes will also be available à la carte, allowing guests to enjoy old favorites however they choose. Additionally, exclusive anniversary cocktails will be available for only $10 each with the purchase of the tasting menu. Drink specials include the Grenache Blend, Salt of the Earth and Deb-spresso Martini.
As part of the celebration, etc. is partnering with neighboring businesses for a month-long scavenger hunt throughout Green Hills. Ten $100 etc. gift cards will be hidden at local shops and businesses, inviting guests to explore the neighborhood while discovering some of the places that have been part of etc.’s story over the past decade.
Participating businesses include Corzine & Co., Elan, Fleet Feet, Fox’s Donut Den, K. McCarthy, Levy’s, Parnassus Books, Plaid Rabbit, The Perfect Pair and White’s Mercantile.
