Owned by Nashville-based father-son duo Mike and Zach Bailey, this marks the second Pause Studio location in the city. Guests are able to fully disconnect in their own serene environment, while an open IV lounge staffed by licensed nurses invites connection and community. The studio’s offerings are rooted in wellness modalities that support both the mind and body. Flotation therapy promotes deep relaxation and stress relief; cryotherapy reduces inflammation and speeds recovery; red-light therapy supports cellular repair and healthy skin; contrast therapy pairs infrared sauna heat with invigorating cold plunges to boost circulation and energy; and compression therapy enhances blood flow for post-workout recovery. Guests can also opt for IV vitamin drips to replenish hydration, nutrients and support overall wellness goals.
In addition to these core services, the West Nashville location will feature a new Aescape massage table, a service that uses robotic arms and 3D body scanning to deliver a fully customized full-body massage session. Guests adjust pressure and focus areas via an interactive touchscreen, creating a private, consistent, and on-demand alternative to traditional massage – fully aligned with Pause’s mission to make transformational wellness more accessible.
