Father and Son NFL Duo Expand the Wedgewood Entertainment District with BHOPS
BHOPS Sports Zone brings an upscale, experiential sports lounge to Nashville in partnership between former NFL Pro Bowler and Tennessee Titans legend Brad Hopkins, Super Bowl Champion Brycen Hopkins, and Aura Holdings Group.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Aura Holdings Group, a multi-brand operator blending hospitality and entertainment to create unforgettable experiences, today announced a partnership with father-and-son NFL duo Brad Hopkins and Brycen Hopkins to open BHOPS Sports Zone in Aura’s Wedgewood Entertainment District.
“A sports bar is a great center for community, which aligns with our goals for the Wedgewood Entertainment District,” said Ollie Gabriel, CEO of Aura Holdings Group. “BHOPS will be a welcoming destination that unites friends and rivals under a common cause: having a good time. And there could be no better partners to deliver a truly memorable and unique experience than Brad and Brycen, who bring the athletes’ perspective and connections that will elevate BHOPS above the rest.”
“Nashville has always been about great people, great sports, and great energy,” said Brad Hopkins. “With BHOPS, we’re creating a place where fans, families, and athletes can share that same energy together. Whether you’re cheering for the home team or just here for the atmosphere, it’s about connection, competition, and community.”
“This project means a lot to me,” added Brycen Hopkins. “Getting to build something with my dad that celebrates the game we love and the city that supported us for so many years is special. BHOPS will be more than just a place to watch sports, it’ll be a space where fans can feel part of something bigger.”
BHOPS will be located at 2018 B Lindell Avenue and will join the upcoming Aura Lounge, a flexible venue space with full-scale production capabilities.
BHOPS will offer an upscale, sophisticated sports lounge experience, featuring a 6,000-square-foot space with wall-to-wall televisions and one of the longest bars in the city. Thanks to the Hopkins family’s deep athletic connections, BHOPS will also host exclusive athlete meet-and-greets, interactive watch parties, and game-day activations that take the typical sports bar experience to the next level.
A Tennessee Titans legend, Brad Hopkins played 13 seasons in the NFL as an offensive tackle for the Houston Oilers and Tennessee Titans. He was All-Pro in 2000 and a two-time Pro Bowler in 2000 and 2003. His son Brycen, a wide receiver, spent three seasons in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams, where he won a Super Bowl ring for the 2022 season. He played college football at Purdue, where he was named first-team All-Big Ten his senior year.
BHOPS is targeting an early 2026 opening.
