Nashville, Tenn. – Parlour Bar, a boutique martini lounge, is shaking things up with a New York-inspired look. Beginning Saturday, September 13, the space will serve up everyone’s favorite cocktail, the martini, offering a fresh spin on the timeless icon. Guests can expect playful reinventions of martinis made to personal preferences, and a cozy yet chic atmosphere that redefines what a martini bar can be.
Whether you're starting the night, ending it, or making this your main event, the house martinis are expertly crafted cocktails with a playful irreverence. Here they are served with all the details, ice-cold with house garnishes and twists across a spectrum of spirits and flavor profiles and without the pretension of traditional martini culture. Pair your cocktail with the House snack tower, French onion dip and crudité, dry-aged sliders, the perfect prawn cocktail or a sundae for two.
This discreet gem will accommodate up to 45 guests with bar and lounge seating, making it intimate and vibrant, with rich jewel tones incorporated throughout the design. Emerald velvet curtains will frame the entrance and richly colored paintings depicting the American South are scattered throughout the space.
The beverage menu will feature specialty martini cocktails such as the signature “Parlour” Martini made with Amontillado Sherry & Orange Bitters, the infamous Pornstar Martini with a sidecar of bubbles and the Espresso Martiki, made with a Rum Blend, Espresso Liqueur, Cold Brew, and Cold Foam. Zero-proof options will also be available for those who are looking for a martini fix sans spirit. While the martini menu will be extensive, the bartenders will also deliver perfected and balanced classic cocktails to your desire.
An expansive curated menu of small plates and bar snacks will also be available to order. Featured bites include the Prosciutto & Chips, the Dauphinoise- a mille feuille of meticulously layered potatoes with parmigiano and truffle aioli, and the Teenie Weenie Tower of tiny hot dogs served with favorite garnishes and a bucket of frosted high life ponies. The menu items can serve as snacks to accompany your drinks or a full meal to fuel your night out on the town.
At Parlour Bar, it will be all about the celebratory touches. A nostalgic, fun bowl of pick ’n’ mix will be delivered with the check, providing a sweet memento for every guest to cap off their experience. Playful signature shots are on the rotation as well as for those feeling extra indulgent, a $200 martini can be purchased with the ultimate garnish: a custom lilac cowboy hat to take home or to Broadway.
The fun won’t stop with the F&B offerings. The bar will hold weekly industry nights on Sunday and Monday evenings, offering specialty-priced martinis, beer, and shot combos. In the coming months, the room will transform for an evening of burlesque performance and cocktails. ‘The Velvet Rope’ is a little bit classic, a little bit flirty and a lot of fun, just like Parlour Bar itself.
