The 15th Annual Tennessee Local Food Summit to be held Dec. 5-7 at Trevecca Community Church

Nashville, TN - Ticket sales are now live for the 15th annual Tennessee Local Food Summit, scheduled for December 5-7 at Trevecca Community Church in Nashville, Tennessee. This event invites farmers, ranchers, food system advocates, and other professionals to build a resilient and equitable local food network across Tennessee and the Southeast.

The official tagline of this year’s summit, “Healing Lands, Healing Communities,” reflects an overarching theme of strengthening both the land and the people who sustain it—bringing together farmers, gardeners, educators, activists, entrepreneurs, and food system stakeholders to connect and collaborate around this shared mission. Keynote speakers for this year’s conference include Reverend Jen Bailey, Ashley Brailsford and Bonnetta Adeeb, while more conference highlights include sessions and workshops led by expert speakers and panelists, vendor trade show, a seed swap, tour of Trevecca Nazarene University’s urban garden, and ample opportunities for networking. Open to the public through registration, the weekend will feature farm-fresh meals sourced from local growers and purveyors, celebrating the bounty of Middle Tennessee’s food network.

Once again, The Phila Awards ceremony will be part of the summit, honoring individuals and organizations whose virtuous work uplifts their communities through the love of food.
