About This Spot
In December 2015, the team from beloved Charleston restaurant Butcher and Bee opened their first project outside of Charleston, Butcher and Bee Nashville. The East Nashville location boasts 70 seats, beer, wine and cocktails, and the same philosophy of carefully sourced ingredients and an ever-changing menu, applied to a full-service restaurant setting. Open for lunch, brunch and dinner, the industrial space showcases work from a handful of local artisans, from furniture to signage to audio systems, along with a diverse menu from chef Bryan Lee Weaver of mezze, entrees, and the sandwiches and the vegetable-forward dishes for which B and B has gained a cult following.
