• For Davidson County hotels, in the aggregate for 2025, they experienced an increase in room demand of 2.6%, surpassing the previous record in 2023. Hotel occupancy was 67.0%.
• Daily rates dropped annually by 1.3% to an average of $199.20. RevPAR was down 2.1% due to a drop-in rate and an increase in supply by 3.4%.
• Room revenues were up 1.2% year over year, revenue exceeded 2 billion in the last few years.
