What's new for Nashville's Food Scene
In Music City, new restaurants are opening up all the time, and most places change their menu each season. It can be hard to keep up with all the new happenings in Nashville's growing food scene, but not any more. Now stay up to date with what restaurants are coming, just opened, now closed, and the latest menu updates.
JACK AND JAMESON'S SMOKEHOUSE
Johnathan Jackson, star of ABC's Nashville, opened a new restaurant Jack and Jameson's Smokehouse in Franklin at 509 Hillsboro Rd.
BLEND Bar is now open at 508 Church St. Their spirits menu features wine and bourbon brands such as Balvenie, Blanton's, Pappy Van Winkle, and Johnny Walker Odyssey. In addition, they do have food options that include appetizers, charcuterie plates, and sandwiches.
SOUTHERN GRIST BREWERY
Now open in East Nashville is Southern Grist Brewery featuring a 49-seat taproom with 12 rotating taps.
A new bagel shop and eatery called Proper Bagel is now open in Belmont/Hillsboro Village area at 2011 Belmont Blvd.
Steadfast Commons is a new cocktails and coffee bar open seven days a week inside Nashville's SoBro district at 299 Demonbreun St.
A new bar called Bar Sovereign has opened in SoBro. Currently they serve small plates with the hopes to expand the menu after the new year.
PERK AND CORK
Coffee shop and wine bar, Perk and Cork, has opened at 1304 McGavock Pike.
Taco shop, Bartaco, is now open in 12South at 2526 12th Avenue South.
Le Sel is a new French restaurant, owned by Strategic Hospitality, opened in Midtown on October 7.
GREEN HILLS GRILLE
The popular Green Hills Grille has reopened at their new location on Richard Jones Road. The menu contains items from the past menu as well as some classic options.
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has reopened the 2|22 Eatery and offers a metropolitan twist on Southern favorites, as well as an updated look & name.
REVELATOR COFFEE COMPANY
Revelator Coffee Company is now open inside Nashville's Hillsboro Village. They offer espresso, pour-overs, iced coffee, tea, light pastries, and more.

KUNG FU SALOON

FAT BOTTOM BREWERY

CLOSING AND OPENING UPDATES
Noelle located in Belle Meade closed their doors on January 15. Southern Grist Brewing Co. is planning to open their doors, February 2, at 1201 Porter Road. In addition, East Nashville will soon be home to Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen serving homemade pasta, sauces, meatballs, and more. And Headquarters Beercade has begun construction on 2nd Avenue. KINGS BOWL AMERICA LLC
Cool Springs is gaining a Kings Bowl America LLC entertainment center. The 25,000-square-foot venue will offer three bars, a restaurant, 16 bowling lanes, a four-lane private bowling room, and more. Read more from Nashville Post.
FACTORY OF NASHVILLE
