Nashville’s newest farm-to-table restaurant, The Farm House, offers traditional Southern cuisine with a modern day twist. Former chef of Cantina Laredo and Capitol Grille, Trey Cioccia is now the owner and executive chef of The Farm House, where he is devoted to creating unique dishes, offering sophisticated service and sharing the flavors and culture he grew up on. Located at street-level of Encore, the interior of the restaurant keeps with the traditional Southern theme of handmade reclaimed wood tables, Tennessee heirlooms and warm, modern lighting. Dishes consisting of house-cured meats and local ingredients, along with high-quality bourbon cocktails.
