November 4-January 1, 2017
The annual Dancing Lights of Christmas At Jellystone Park™ gets bigger and better each year with hundreds of thousands of LED Christmas lights dancing to some rockin' Christmas tunes.
Explore one of Nashville's historic estates, Belle Meade Plantation, by candlelight during their Open House. Also, you can taste wine, enjoy holiday shopping, and listen to carolers during this festive event.
November 11-December 24
Children will be able to become part of Santa's flight crew and help him deliver presents across the world at the Mall at Green Hills this holiday season. Also, make sure to join them, on November 12, for a special parade to welcome Santa.

Celebrate the season at Cheekwood with holiday concerts, cookie decorating, gingerbread workshops, art activities, and LIVE reindeer every day! Also, each year the mansion and gardens are lit up a million lights offering an amazing holiday sight in Music City!

Check out Nashville’s newest holiday tradition "A Christmas Story" based off the classic motion picture film. It is a must see for families during the holidays and all takes place at TPAC.

Gray Line of Tennessee offers two holiday tours this year. Twinkling Tennessee Christmas takes you for a ride through Nashville and Franklin to see some of Tennessee's most beautifully decorated homes and neighborhoods. The tour also includes a visit to the Lotz House, decorated in mid-1800s fashion. The Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood takes you to see the amazing lights across the beautiful grounds of Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art. Each weekend from November 26th to December 31st, take part in festive fun with a hint of science at the Adventure Science Center. There will be things like Igloo Architects, Holiday Movie Magic, Penguin Relay Race, and more. And from December 19th to the 23rd, there will be activities each day. Check it out!
Watch the cast of Cirque Musica perform high-flying stunts while listening to holiday tunes at Bridgestone Arena.

Belmont Mansion is hosting a special Patron's Party & Auction with hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and silent auction on November 30. Then, a Christmas dinner on December 2, and a Christmas luncheon on December 3.

Families and friends will love to experience the intimate Holiday Evening Tours at Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. Each tour reveals how the Jacksons experienced the holidays, plus a more personal look inside the home of the nation's 7th President.
The 63rd Annual Nashville Christmas Parade will start at 9am as Grand Marshal Kelly Clarkson leads the way through downtown Music City. Make sure to check out the Metro Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony the night before on December 2.
Hangout with Paddle UP as they dress in Santa attire and paddle their way down the river. All the fun begins at the East Bank Landing.
Runners will love to participate in Rudolph's Red Nose Run which lights the way for Santa's arrival at the Nashville Christmas Parade. 100% of the benefits go to NeedLink Nashville.
In conjunction with the First Saturday Art Crawl, the Marketplace will provide an opportunity to shop local artisan vendors in a holiday environment featuring live musical performances, specialty food and beverages, arts and crafts, and free photo opportunities with characters and props from Nashville Ballet’s “Nashville’s Nutcracker” and “A Christmas Story” from the Nashville Repertory Theatre.

The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is providing Victorian Christmas tours all season long. The Grassmere Historic Home located on the grounds will be decorated and live entertainment will be played on the porch and front lawn.

Nashville Farmers' Market is hosting Breakfast with Santa offering you the opportunity to visit with the big man and enjoy a nice meal in Music City.
During this special event, witness original cinematic shorts while 120 voices of Nashville in Harmony perform the music of Karl Jenkins, Ola Gjeilo, and Eric Whitacre.
Join hundreds of people dressed in holiday decor as they descend upon Nashville's Downtown area. It starts at the bars located on 2nd Avenue North and everyone is welcome!
Celebrate the season with Tennessee Brew Works as they host a special holiday celebration and taproom anniversary. They will have their usual cast of craft beers plus a special beer release.

A Nashville holiday tradition! Celebrate the season with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra and Chorus as they perform one of the most inspiring works of music ever written in the gorgeous acoustical splendor of Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Contestants from RuPaul's Drag Race will perform live on stage at TPAC this holiday season. The hosts include Bob The Drag Queen, Kim Chi, Acid Better, Milk, and more.
Put on your tacky Christmas sweater and get ready the Barely a 4K: Toy Drive Edition presented by Yazoo Brewery. Free beer will be handed out to participates during the event. Each runner and spectator is asked to bring $25-35 of unwrapped toys for the 61st Ave United Methodist Church Last Minute Toy Store.
