Moto features inspired rustic-modern Italian cuisine. The menu is a contemporary approach to authentic Italian cooking that utilizes product consciously sourced from local farms and artisans balanced by premium product imported from Italy. Moto’s headliners are seasonal ‘market’ items such as cherry smoked cobia and as a specialty, polenta with prawns, lobster and sea urchin. Another highlight is perfectly crafted house-made pasta dishes. A large bar and lounge area welcomes guests into its ‘enoteca’ inspired environment where wine is king. Moto features over 30 ever-changing wines by the glass and 250 labels in total. Approximately half of the wine list is Italian and the other half thoughtful selections from around the globe. The bar concocts its own house-made limoncello and an inspired mixology list of couture cocktails.
