Valentine's Day Dinner

Celebrate Valentine's Day at Chauhan Ale & Masala House, the Gulch restaurant from celebrity chef Maneet Chahuan. Specials include Saffron Lobster Thermidor with grilled asparagus, Bharwa Baingain (a stuffed Indian eggplant), and the Seared Scallops served with a variety of six curries. Dessert includes a special cardamom brownie à la mode, with dark chocolate lazardo, cherry, kulfi malai, and little hearts, while the Midnight Chaat cocktail includes gin, elderflower, strawberry, and coconut water.
