Founded in 1983, Rebirth Brass Band originated in New Orleans. Brothers Philip and Keith Frazier teamed with two of their classmates to form the Jazz and Funk band. Their debut, "Arhoolie," dropped in 1984, and the band won a Grammy in 2012 for Best Regional Roots Music Album.
