New Year's Eve Experience at Blue Aster

Celebrate New Year's Eve at Blue Aster inside the Conrad Hotel with Midnight in the Med: Ibiza Dreams, a white-party experience on December 31, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am. For one night only, Conrad Nashville transforms into a Mediterranean-Ibiza escape, inviting guests to ring in 2026 with feast, fortune, and fire. The space will be dressed in crisp white décor with silver and gold accents, ambient lighting, lanterns, and subtle coastal-inspired textures that evoke the glamour of the Mediterranean coastline. Guests are encouraged to follow a white-and-metallic dress code to fully immerse themselves in the elevated, modern elegance of the evening.

Beginning at 5:00 pm, guests will enjoy a four-course Mediterranean tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez, featuring flavors from the coasts of France, Spain, Greece, and Italy. Expect fresh seafood, handmade pastas, vibrant spices, and decadent desserts, paired with thoughtfully selected wines and crafted Mediterranean cocktails. At 8:00 pm, the celebration continues with live music from Nashville artist Rachel Horter, whose dynamic performance will carry the night from elegant dinner ambiance to high-energy dancing through midnight.

Throughout the evening, guests can explore fortune-teller stations offering playful glimpses into the year ahead and capture every moment in a 360° photo booth. As midnight approaches, everyone will gather for a complimentary champagne toast, followed by a sparkling lighting moment or fireworks, depending on venue setup. Dancing continues until 12:30 am, with drinks offered until 2:00 am, creating an unforgettable start to 2026.
