Dinner Menu
Appetizer Bar: Build your own shrimp cocktail with your choice of Whiskey cocktail, sweet chili, Asian BBQ, teriyaki, and lemon butter sauces.

Served Dinner (choice of one at the time of booking):

• Carved prime rib served medium with a side of house-made horseradish cream, Au Jus, lemon pepper asparagus, mashed red potatoes and dinner rolls.
• Prosciutto wrapped bone-in chicken breast served with mashed red potatoes, roasted asparagus, whole-grain mustard demi glaze and dinner rolls.
• Pan-roasted halibut served with a side of mashed red potatoes, broccolini and dinner rolls.
• (Vegetarian option) Coconut curry chickpea stew served with a side of jasmine rice and dinner rolls.
• Dessert Bar featuring Chef's selection of desserts followed by a Late-Night Potato Bar to round out the evening.
