For one night in the Jazz Cave, trumpeter and vocalist Jennifer Hartswick and guitarist Nick Cassarino offer an intimate, acoustic evening as a duo.

Hartswick, an original member of the Trey Anastasio Band, is one of the most exciting performers in music today, joyful and soulful whether she is wailing on the trumpet or delivering a quiet vocal. Cassarino, founder of The Nth Power and a longtime collaborator with Hartswick and Christian McBride, is a guitarist steeped in jazz, gospel, and soul. The two Vermont natives have spent nearly two decades playing, writing, and storytelling together, and that bond is the whole show: warm, spontaneous, and deeply musical.
