Celebrate Easter with a festive spring brunch at Yolan, featuring seasonal specialties and elegant interpretations of Italian tradition.
Highlights include Agnello alla Scottadito, a Roman trattoria classic: herb-marinated lamb chops grilled over an open flame and served with couscous, roasted carrots, and mint salsa verde. A nod to the Sardinian Easter pastry, pardulas sarde, our Ricotta and Meyer Lemon Pancake is topped with whipped mascarpone and warm maple syrup.
Pastry Chef Janrich Amaro also presents a selection of holiday pastries, alongside a Hummingbird Tart with a cream cheese glaze, toasted meringue, and candied pecans. Pair with Yolan's signature spritzes and espresso martinis as you gather with family and friends this spring.
